On or about March 15, 2022: The employer did not correctly record workplace injury case #169391 as a privacy case where an Emergency Service Technician Specialist, was stuck in her left middle finger with an IV Catheter needle that was being inserted into a young patient. No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

Children's National Medical Center at 111 Michigan Avenue, NW 20010: (a) On or about April 6, 2022: An employee that was hospitalized because of a work related injury on April 4 was not reported by the employer until April 6, 2022. An Equipment Technician was pricked in her left palm, by a clean Butterfly needle, lead to an infection causing the employee to be hospitalized. No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
