29 CFR  1910.22(d)(1):(1) Walking-working surfaces were not inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition.  (a) North Compound - Fire Cache - Mobile Ladder Stand - On or about April 20, 2022 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall from approximately 10', from the mobile ladder stand, in that the ladder displayed significant damage to the guardrail/handrail on the right side of the upper work platform.
