29 CFR  1910.106(d)(5)(vi)(f): Aisles of at least 3 feet wide shall be provided where necessary for reasons of access to doors, windows or standpipe connections.  In the flammable storage building, on or about 04-20-2022, the employer failed to ensure that a clear path of access to the doors was kept for employees' exit the flammable storage building in the event of a emergency.

29 CFR  1910.176(c): 31-372-101 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion, or pest harborage.  At the flammable storage building, on or about 04-20-2022, the employer failed to ensure that a storage location for flammable and combustible liquids as well as flammable solids on open shelving, was kept  in orderly condition and free from accumulation of combustible materials, such as cardboard boxes and other absorbing materials, that could create an autoignition hazards or harbor pest or dangerous wildlife.
