An orderly shutdown was not utilized to avoid any additional or increased hazard(s) to employees as a result of the equipment stoppage.  A.) On or about 06/15/2022 at John F. Kennedy International Airport, Terminal 8, 2nd Level BHS Room, Jamaica, NY, 11423.   A conveyor belt was not turned off while an employee was preforming maintenance duties to the adjacent conveyor belt.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
