29 CFR 1910.133(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee, who wore prescription lenses while engaged in operations that involved eye hazards, used protection that incorporated the prescription in its design, or wore eye protection over the prescription glasses or protective lenses with side shields.   a) At 300 Industrial Park Blvd, Nashville, GA 31639, Plant 5, on or about October 13, 2021, and at times prior to, the employer failed to ensure employees who wore prescription glasses were protected from eye injuries, in that eye protection over the prescription glasses was not enforced, thereby exposing employees' eyes to struck-by hazards.  Chaparral Boats, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.133(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1557562, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 30, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Industrial Park Blvd, Nashville, GA 31639.  Chaparral Boats, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.133(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518764, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 27, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Industrial Park Blvd, Nashville, GA 31639.

29 CFR  1904.41(a)(2):  The establishment had 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and the establishment was classified in an industry listed in appendix A to subpart E of this part, and the employer did not electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee by the specified date:  Chaparral Boats, Inc., 300 Industrial Blvd., Nashville, Georgia:  On or about June 16, 2022, the employer failed to electronically submit information from their OSHA Form 300A, Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses or equivalent form, for calendar year 2021 on or before March 2, 2022.  The establishment employed approximately 900 employees during calendar year 2021 and was classified under NAICS code 336612.
