All Phase Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1488904, citation number 01, item number 001, issued on 2/4/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 870 Laurel Oaks Way, Jupiter, Florida 33458, which became a final order on 02/19/2021.
