29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:  a) On or about July 20, 2022, and at times prior, Tralon Homes, LLC, as the controlling employer, did not ensure to initiate and maintain programs which provided frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment was made by a competent person. Employees of Brunos Framing Inc., were not protected by fall protection systems while working on the roof and were exposed to fall hazards above 6 feet high.
