29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  (a) On or before 6/22/2024, the employer did not ensure the jobsite was adequately supervised on a Saturday while the jobsite was active. The employer did not inspect the site to ensure its safe operation. Framing subcontractors were exposed to fall hazards while handling trusses and decking the roof.
