Precision Compacted Components LLC, DBA APG-Sintered Metals-Wilcox- on or about 7/25/22 and times prior thereto employees were performing service and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to gasbarre molding press #13. Lockout was not utilized when the equipment was capable of being locked out.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). The authorized employee applied a tag to the control panel on the key.  The Tagout device is not affixed in a way to prevent the removal or movement of the tag from the machine and was not placed to show that the power to the machine was dissipated.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).
