29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1):A log of all recordable work-related injuries and illness (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent) was not completed in the detail required by the regulation.  a.)	Precision Compacted Components LLC, DBA APG-Sintered Metals-Wilcox- on or about 8/9/22 and times prior thereto, the recordable injury and/or illness entries on the OSHA 300 Log for Calendar Year 2022 were not completed as required. In column F the Recordable case 5 on the Log was not descriptive, in that the body part affected, and/or the agent, object, and/or substance that directly injured or made the person ill was not noted/documented.  b.)	Precision Compacted Components LLC, DBA APG-Sintered Metals-Wilcox- on or about 8/9/22 and times prior thereto, the recordable injury and/or illness entries on the OSHA 300 Log for Calendar Year 2022 were not completed as required. The number of days the injured or ill worker was away from work not recorded on the log under Column (K).  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
