29 CFR  1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:   a) At or near 848 River Dr., Garfield NJ - Second Level: Employees were exposed to empalement hazards while engaged in concrete activities, on or about  8/10/2022.   Premier Concrete Systems, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.701(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1262270, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/23/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 526 56th St., West New York, NJ.
