OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing and fall hazards while riding on heavy machinery:   a) SavATree, LLC: Henry J . Kalk Park, located at 260 Park Avenue, in Glencoe, Illinois - On June 15, 2022, employee(s) were not trained to prohibit the riding on the back of a Giant by Tobroco Machines, Type 204, Model D254SW, Serial Number 254SWJ9033 wheel loader, in order to counterbalance the overloaded wheel loader while moving sections of an oak tree.      No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
