The employees were exposure to caustic chemicals in the form of wet cementous material containing Coal Ash, Portland Cement, Crystalline Silica and Quartz while applied to the wall tiles within the unfinished apartment bathrooms with their bare hands.

Multiple extinguishers identified throughout the building were determined to be inadequately filled as well not having been inspected.
