1910.269(c)(2):  The job briefing did not cover at least the following subjects:  hazards associated with the job, work procedures involved, special precautions, energy-source controls, and personal protective equipment requirements:  9H Putnam Rd Extension., Charlton, MA; On or about October 7, 2022,  employees were working in close proximity to manual tree felling operations  and  sections of the tree being manually felled in pieces and were being dropped in close proximity to where the employees were working and the job briefing did not cover the safe distances for ground employees to maintain from the drop zone.
