OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to struck-by hazards:  a)	On or before 2/19/2025, In the woods on a right of way near 6744 Bennett Road, Franklinville, New York;  Employees were exposed to being struck-by and/ or crushed by fallen trees during tree removal operations.  Employees were working in waist deep snow and the employer did not ensure that a retreat/ escape path was established and utilized. An employee was struck in the shoulder by a branch of a tree that was being felled.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
