29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(ii): Only authorized persons shall operate an aerial lift. (a) On October 17, 2022, an un-authorized employee was observed operating a Genie model GS3232 scissor lift to straighten a universal strut used to mount multiple electrical conduit tubes to the ceiling of the warehouse exposing that employee to a fall hazard of approximately twenty-five to thirty (25-30) feet to the concrete floor below.
