29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a-54-58 Heartstone Court, Upper Saddle River NJ 07458: An employee engaged in sheathing activities on a 6 on 12 pitch roof was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30ft to the ground below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 10/14/2022
