Note: Detachable side protectors (e.g. clip-on or slide-on side shields) meeting the pertinent requirements of this section are acceptable. a) At 551 Turpentine Trail, Bloomingdale, GA 31302: on or about October 19, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that eye protection was not required while working with pneumatic nail guns.
