29 CFR  1910.132(d)(1):The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):  TALKING STICK RESORT - ORANGE SKY KITCHEN: Employees who were exposed to corrosive chemicals during routine work,  including 22 Multi-Quat Sanitizer, did not have access to facilities for flushing of the eyes, exposing them to injury from contact.
