29 CFR  1926.652(b): The slopes and configurations of sloping and benching systems were not in accordance with the requirement options of 29 CFR 1926.652(b)(1), (b)(2), (b)(3), or (b)(4):  a) On or about November 4, 2022, at the jobsite, where employees were exposed to cave-in hazards when performing grading in an excavation with an inadequate benching system.    Joslin Construction Texas, LLC.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.652(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1571918, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 23, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Trammel Fresno Rd., Missouri City, TX 77459.
