The employer failed to ensure employees were protected by providing personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, safety glasses, face shields, gloves, protective clothing, and protective shields and barriers.  b) Sidney Sugars, Inc, Sidney, MT: On or about November 17, 2022 and at times prior employees were exposed to thermal burn hazards while working around DURCO mud press #2 that contained 85-degree Celsius pressurized liquid slurry. The employer failed to ensure employees were protected by providing personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, safety glasses, face shields, gloves, protective clothing, and protective shields and barriers.  c) Sidney Sugars, Inc, Sidney, MT: On or about November 17, 2022 and at times prior employees were exposed to thermal burn hazards while working around DURCO mud press #3 that contained 85-degree Celsius pressurized liquid slurry.
