29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1):The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment: a)Silo Numbers 1, 4 : On or about October 16, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards from fine airborne particulate dust while performing work operations on silos above a large auger without PPE.
