29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place and legible: A) First Solar Inc. worksite located 28380 Tracy Road, Walbridge, Ohio 43465: On or about January 5, 2023, the employer did not ensure a CAT Forklift, Model # 2EPC8000, S/N FN5938954, used to load a trailer at dock #7 with racks of solar panels, maintained a capacity plate that was legible. Without such plate, the operator was not able to effectively evaluate the lifting capabilities of the vehicle.
