29 CFR 1926.760(c)(1):Each employee working at the leading edge in a CDZ was not protected from fall hazards of more than two stories or 30 feet (9.1 m), whichever is less:  a. At 1319 S. Monroe Street, Tallahassee, FL: On or about January 9, 2023, the employer exposed six employees to fall hazards, in that the employer did not protect employees from a 16-foot fall hazard from the top of a steel erected structure by use of a fall protection system.
