29 CFR 1926.758(h): Purlins were used as a walking/working surface for other than the installation of safety systems, and prior to all permanent bridging having been installed and fall protection provided.   a. On or about 11/05/2023, at 7173 SW CR 769, Arcadia Florida 34269, an employee was walking atop a purlin while not using fall protection and fell approximately 14 feet to the lower level.  Landmark Erecting Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.760(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1642345, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04-03-23, with respect to a workplace located at 1319 S. Monroe Street, Tallahassee, FL.
