29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  On or about January 12, 2023,  the employer did not  implement and maintain a written hazard communication program at the site. Employees were working with hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to UF700 - Acidic Cleaner 700, UF 235 - Foamy Presoak 235, UF341 - Conditioner Cherry Blue 341, UF343 - Conditioner Cherry Yellow 343, UF400 - Drying Agent 400, and UF427 - Foamy Glo-N-Go.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): The employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees had not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area;  On or about November 29, 2022,  the employer did not provide training to employees who work with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to,  UF700 - Acidic Cleaner 700, UF 235 - Foamy Presoak 235, UF341 - Conditioner Cherry Blue 341, UF343 - Conditioner Cherry Yellow 343, UF400 - Drying Agent 400, and UF427 - Foamy Glo-N-Go.at the time of their initial assignment.
