29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  Location: Boiler house  On or about January 24, 2023, the employer did not have suitable eyewash stations available for employees required to check and fill boiler chemicals that were corrosive such as Walton Technologies WBT-630.  The plumbed eyewash station was not suitable in that: i. The nozzles were not protected from airborne contaminants (wood dust).  ii. The eyewash was not on the same level as the hazard.  iii.  The eyewash was not operated at least weekly.
