(a) Bay 1 and oil pit -On or about February 16, 2023, the employer allowed employees to walk and work in the area where used oil and cleaning solvent were used creating a slip and fall hazard.

(a) Bay 1 - On or about February 16, 2023, the employer allowed employees to work the vehicle lift that had exposed wires coming from the electrical motor and switch, exposing employees to a shock and electrocution hazard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  Bay 1 - On or about February 6, 2023, the employer did not provide information and training on hazardous chemicals such as used oils, cleaning solvents, etc., exposing employees to a chemical hazard.
