29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  a) Car Wash located at 75 Old Hwy 96, Bonaire, GA 31005, Front side of building: On or about 2/23/23, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to ejection/fall hazards of over 10-feet - 2-Inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall arrest system was not provided to an employee working from a JLG Aerial Lift Basket while installing a canopy.
