29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a) On or about January 6, 2025, at  2853 Oneal Lane, Baton Rouge, LA 70816  employees were performing framing work on a fuel canopy structure at heights greater than 16 feet without personal fall protection.  C & S Canopy, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard  1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number  1519237, citation number #1, item number #1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 29, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 7575 Coliseum Blvd. Alexandria, LA  71306.
