29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  At the worksite located at 2106 North State Route 7, Pleasant Hill, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to fall hazards.    1.  An employee exited a mobile scaffold to stand on a horizontal beam when installing panels over the west side, without the use of a fall protection system.      2.  An employee exited a mobile scaffold, onto the roof of the structure, without the use of a fall protection system.
