29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a working/walking surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  At the commercial worksite located at 2800 SW 7 Hwy, Blue Springs, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet when installing side panels from an elevated work platform without a fall protection system.
