The employees were framing a roof while working at a height of approximately 14 feet 2 inches measured from the ground to eave without fall protection

This was most recently documented on May 3, 2023 at a residential construction jobsite located at 14574 Valentine Street, Waverly, Nebraska. The employees were using the top level of stepladders to access the upper landing surface.
