Gulfside Supply, Inc. dba Gulfeagle Supply was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1635443, Citation 1, Item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on April 18, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1820 N. Central Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60639.
