29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about May 16, 2023, in the premises  of the Miami Dolphins Football Stadium located at 347 Don Shula Dr, Miami Gardens, FL 33056, an employee was  exposed to an approximate 10-foot fall hazard while working in a temporary metal structure without a means of fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  On or about May 16, 2023, in the premises  of the Miami Dolphins Football Stadium located at 347 Don Shula Dr, Miami Gardens, FL 33056, an employee was  exposed to an approximate 11-foot fall hazard while working in a temporary metal structure  from the top step of a 12-foot step ladder.
