Means of access and egress within buildings shall be similarly unobstructed.   a) Warehouse:  On or about May 15, 2023, two pallets full of material were placed in the warehouse aisleway blocking access to work areas and exposing employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards.

29 CFR 1917.112(a)(1):  Vehicle curbs, bull rails, or other effective barriers at least 6 inches in height were not provided at the waterside edges. Curbs or bull rails installed after October 3, 1983, shall be at least 10 inches (25.4 cm) in height.:  a)  Terminal Dock - Right of the Barge Ramp:  On or about May 15, 2023, an effective barrier in the trailer parking area at waterside edge was not in place, exposing vehicle operator employees to struck by or drowning hazard.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B):  For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the width of the working space in front of electrical equipment was less than the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 inches), whichever was greater:  a)  Office Building - Break Room:  On or about May 15, 2023, several boxes and a trash receptacle obstructed an electrical panel exposing employees to electrical hazards.
