29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2) Traffic control signs and devices: The design and use of all traffic control devices, including signs, signals, markings, barricades, and other devices, for protection of construction workers shall conform to Part 6 of the MUTCD (incorporated by reference, see � 1926.6). a) On or about July 20, 2023, the employer, Eagle Bridge Co., did not ensure the written standardization and effective communication of the rolling roadblock traffic control device used on the woodman/US35 Construction project, consistent with section 6C.01 of the MUTCD.
