29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  (a)	Chenega Healthcare Services LLC, Building 886, South Depot Road, Fort Irwin, California: On or about July 26, 2023, the employer exposed employees to stuck-by hazards in that the Drake 75 Ton H-Frame hydraulic press, serial no. 86396, model no. 75 H was operated without a guard for the workpiece to prevent projectiles form striking the operator.
