On or about August 1, 2023, at 6650 N Meade Street in Appleton, Wisconsin, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on roof surfaces without using fall protection equipment.  House and garage eave edges were 9 feet above surface level and  the second floor dormer eave edge was 18 feet above surface level.
