29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  At the job site located at 14000 Bellantine, Overland Park, Kansas, employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet from the roof's eave to the ground below, fall protection training was not provided to the employees.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  At the job site located at 14000 Bellantine, Overland Park, Kansas, employees engaged in residential roofing activities from a 6:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet from the roof's eave to the ground below. Fall protection was not provided/utilized.  All American Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1453664, citation number 2 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-13-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 3301 NE Ralph Powell Road, Lees Summit, Missouri 64064.  The All American Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1427244, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11-05-2019, with respect to a workplace located at 217 Northwest Juniper Street, Lees Summit, Missouri 64064..
