29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns.  LOCATION:  175 Milton Street, Boston, MA 02124  An employee cut his hand while using a table saw which resulted in an amputation to his finger.  After it was reported to OSHA the CSHO performing the inspection noticed a worker installing a basement window without a hard hat on.  There were workers in a boom lift above him.

Location:  175 Milton Street, Boston, MA 02124  On August 24, 2024, workers were seen and photographed not wearing eye protection while working.

29 CFR  1926.304(h)(1):Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut.  LOCATION:  175 Milton Street, Boston, MA   On August 11, 2023, an employee was injured while using a table saw without the guard.  His hand slipped causing the blade to strike it and result in a amputation of a finger.

LOCATION:  175 Milton Street, Boston, MA 02124   On August 24, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while working inside of a residential home without railings on stairways.
