OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to rollover and crushing hazards while operating a forklift without wearing a seatbelt.  Outside of Terminal C Gate C26 at Logan International Airport on 1 Harborside Drive, Boston, MA 02128, on or about August 29, 2023 an employee was exposed to rollover and crushing  hazards while operating Komatsu BX Forklift (Model Number: FG25TLP-12; SN: 515775A) without wearing seatbelt. In accordance to the forklift's operators manual, seatbelts should always be worn to reduce the risk of injury.
