On or about 19 Nov 2023, at Club Nautico San Juan, PR.  At the edge of a barge, an employee engaged in marine construction operations was observed without a personal floating device.    NOTE: 	Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.

On or about 19 Nov 2023, at Club Nautico San Juan, PR.  At the edge of the barge, the employer failed to provide a ramp or walkaway, as a safe means of access from the pier to a barge, to employees engaged in marine construction operations.
