On or about November 9, 2023, in the yard, employees were exposed to hazardous energy when servicing the Ecohog THM ECS 60, Serial number 07072318.  The employer failed to utilize machine specific energy control procedures for servicing and maintaining the Ecohog THM ECS 60.
