The diesel fuel was in a plastic squeeze bottle with a yellow top.

The container had no labeling.   b) In the Recycle Building, the employer did not ensure that a plastic squeeze bottle with a yellow top containing WD-40 was appropriately labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof. The container had a label with the product name, but it did not contain the other required information.
