29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Construction Site, 17585 Celestine Ct, Parker CO, 80134: On or about December 06, 2023, as the controlling employer, D&J Enterprises Inc. DBA Performance Construction did not ensure their subcontractor, Mejia Roofing protected their employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground below while installing asphalt shingles on the second story of an existing residential roof.
