29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(7):Ladder(s) that were unsecured or not provided with slip-resistant feet were used on slippery surfaces  Location: 51 Hunt Dr Stoughton, MA 02072  On January 26, 2024, an employee was exposed to falls from heights up to ten feet to the ground while accessing a residential roof from an unsecured ladder.  The ground surface was icy and unleveled, and the ladder slipped, causing the employee to fall.
