29 CFR 1926.754(a): Structural stability was not maintained at all times during the erection process.  a)  On January 31, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees were erecting a steel hangar with 300 ft spans without intermediate support.  From Monday January 29, 2024, through Wednesday January 31, 150 feet long ground-assembled bays were placed and joined at the middle peak.  Each day the solid web structural I-beam rafters were observed bending/curved lengthwise, columns were observed out-of-plumb, and numerous 1/4 wire rope cables broke.  No temporary guy wires or other bracing were used.  NOTE: Certification of corrective actions AND supporting documentation as evidence are required for this item.
