29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  On or about February 23, 2024 and at times prior, employees in production area line #1 were exposed to being struck by a robotic arm while working between a pallet of product and a Fuji EC-102 robotic palletizer.
