Location: 501 New County Rd., Secaucus, NJ 07094.   a) The employer failed to report within 24 hours an in-patient hospitalization.  An employee unloading materials was admitted to the hospital and remained overnight after a fall from height.   Violation occurred on March 29, 2024.
